| Dave, first of all thank You for the Chrysler.
I'm owning some of Ma's, Heco's, Motor Cities and so on and I feel
able to compare their quality and I have to say, that this Chrysler
is truly one of the best. It is really flawless, and all the details
are stunning. I think, You should communicate this, because this
model is not very well knon here in Europe and I think it deserves
it. (Herr Steinhoff speaks of the 1932 Chrysler roadster that was Walter P. Chrysler's personal car and winner of Best of Show at Pebble Beach in 1991. It is from Historic Line. Order No. HL-4 $325) |

| hi Dave,
Saturday came the EMCs...
Well... i was just trusting you, as i had previously written.
However... i must admit you were even more right than i had thought !!!
All the 3 models are just incredible. Makes me wonder how a manufacturer can detail a model so perfectly in such a small scale.
Absolutely recommended to collectors appreciating other technics than die-cast... If they can afford, of course.

Really the quality of this (EMC) model is impressive. It´s the most wonderful Caddy I have seen, even better than Elegance from France.
Thanks! (Tomas is speaking of the 1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz with "stainless steel" roof)

| Hi Dave,
today I received the EMC-05 1985 Cadillac Eldorado and the Brooklin 1966 Ford Mustang and I am very pleased with them.
Although I am a big fan of the Brooklin-models, because they have this nice heavy feeling and they produce models another company just doesn't think about, I must say that they can't compare to this awesome EMC-Cadillac.
Just incredible how much detail this company has put in this little gem.
I have taken a small led-light and examined it closely.
Look at the steering-column, look at the brake-pedal, look at the awesome hood-ornament.
All very delicate and lovely to look at.
And not to forget the very nice box and scratch-free dust-cover.
OK. nearly $400,- is not every-one's ball-game but for this kind of money the seriuos collector gets something truly wonderful.
I have collected ALL Mikhail Bashmashnikov's Historic Line models and I consider them more than a model, I consider them to be jewelry on small wheels.
Compared to his models I think even the 1:43-scale Motor City-models look crude (am I practising blasphemy ??) and I never thought any model-builder (including a little-known and very small JMR 43) would come even close.
But I must admit, this 1985 Eldorado comes very, very close.
Am I putting the Model-builders-society to shame to say that the truly wonderful models do not come from the Western world nor from the Eastern world, but from the Ukraine (EMC) and Russia (Bashmashnikov) ?
Please keep me posted.
Kind regards. Joop from The Netherlands.

| Got it. It's a beauty! Brooklin did a great job on the grill, the fender "mock bomb sites" and other features that made the 1958 different.BRK-155 1958 Buick Roadmaster 4 dr sdn.

| "I have been a MiniAuto customer since about 1965. I saw one of your early
ads in "Old Cars Weekly" and purchased a RIO #41, a 1941 Lincoln Continental.
The growth and variety of 1/43 scale automiobile models available over the past
forty years has been remarkable and I would have to say that Sinclair's Mini Auto
has probably been a contributing factor. I might also add that your organization
offerring outstanding variety and service has caused a phenomenal growth in
my collection as well."

Hello,
The Chrysler Imperial Speedster arrived yesterday. One sometimes expects dealers to exaggerate the quality of items they sell. Can't be done in this case; real top quality. No other company could have built a better model of this car. A perfect gem. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Art
......Art is speaking of Historic Lines (HL-4) Walter P. Chrysler's personal roadster. Another buyer of this fabulous model placed a standing order for EVERY new release from Historic Line.

| DIE CASTS ARE FUN!.....HAND-BUILTS ARE AN INVESTMENT! While mass produced die casts are reasonably priced and fun to collect, they very rarely increase in value over time. On the other hand, hand-built limited editions ALWAYS appreciate in value over time. A prime exampe is Brooklin's first model built in 1972, a 1931 Pierce Arrow Silver Arrow. We sold them NEW for about $30.....recently one reportedly brought $800 at auction. Need proof of the astounding values the experts place on limited production nand made products? Just tune in to your local PBS TV station to "Antiques Roadshow" and be amazed. |

Dave, I just received my new EMC Mercedes-Benz 500K Special Roadster in two
tone blue. It is mounted on a wood base with a burgundy platform under a plastic cover.
EMC did a great job on this model. It is one of the most detailed 1:43rdmodels that I have purchased. The two tone paint is very well done as is all of the other detail on the carshown in a silver color.Overall, it makes an extremely nice presentation.
I look forward to seeing some of the other new models from EMC in the
future.

I just received the Rio Bugatti Royale. Very nice
model for the price. The Rio castings were always
superb and with the detail and photoetch they are
quite good. NOTE: Rio of Italy was the first line we imported way back in 1964 and is virtually the only line of die casts still made in Italy NOT China. - Dave Sinclair

| Dear Dave, Thank you for making the IXO Museum series models available to your customers. I received MUS-07 and MUS-08 from you recently and am very pleased with them. I look forward to the future releases as they become available. Best regards, Harper K. .....................
GLAD YOU LIKE THEM.....as you know our specialty is hand-mae limited editions but these die cast classics are so well done, despite their modest price, we couldn't resist adding them to our selection. Guess we were right for we have already booked pre-orders for over $30K worth of IXO Museum series models. Dave Sinclair

| I was amazed at the detail and quality of the IXO MUSEUM series models at such a bargain price......DAVE SINCLAIR replies: IXO MUSEUM series are up to MUS-18 now (March 2009) and one or two new numbers are released each month). This wonderul line sells out fast so it pays to have pre-orders for those you want. We sometimes are able to find a few from European dealers but, of couse have to pay a premiium price. If you are interested in early numbers from #1 up, if we find them, get your name on the list.Be sure to state you are willing to pay $59.95 or more, for the "retired" numbers. |
