"Why is it important to remember to include "Item #" (Example "BRK-65") in my order? |

It helps us to fill your order correctly. If you just say "send me that Buick I saw in your ad" we might mistakenly send you any one of perhaps a dozen Buicks. If you fail to give the "Item #" we can not be responsible for cost of return or of shipping you the correct Buick. If you don't know the item # give us as much information as you can: Year, type (sedan or convertible), color and price, for example. But even in that case we can not bear the expenses of shipping you the wrong model if we must guess at what you want. Thank you for understanding.

How do I search for a particular marque or type of vehicle? |

From our "catalog" section in the box on the right side that says "Search for A Marque" enter "Ford", "Packard" (or whatever margue you are interested in) OR you can enter 'taxi", "truck", "fire" "bus" etc. to find the type of vehicle you are interested in. Clcik "go" and if you have spelled the worl coorectly you will get a lost of all the available models in that category. |

If you arenot delighted with your purchase write, email or call us for a Return Authorization number, expaining why you wish to return it. We will then instruct you how to return the model and give you a number to put on the address label. Models returned WITHOUT a Return Authorization Number will be refused. If it merely a missing part advise us of what part is needed and we will order it from the builder. Note: Return shipping cost is at your expense. Thank you for your cooperation. |

We stand behind our prices shown as known at the time of receiving the goods from here and abroad. Since we cannot predict how the dollar will stand against foreign currencies at any given time we may be forced to increase the stated price. |

Shipping costs are $8.95 for the first model, $1 for each additional model on the same shipment within the continental US. YOU PAY NO SALES TAX except for orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses.
